This is a fantastic workshop for beginner or intermediate watercolorists.  The workshops are small, only four people.   I utilize demonstrations, with individual and group instruction and friendly critiques to help teach the painting and design process.   This workshop also offers challenges for more advanced painters who want to learn new techniques.  Classes are Monday thru Friday, from 9:30 to 4:00, with a break for lunch.  

Structural relationship and color will be the concentration of this workshop.  You will learn the techniques used to create luminous and compelling watercolors.  Topics will include using color, contrast and light to strengthen your designs.  The course will cover the design process, utilization of photographs, creating textures, glazes and washes.  New techniques each day will be applied in painting landscape elements such as trees, rocks, water, flowers, people and buildings.  This fun filled workshop will help you to be better informed, encouraged, and feeling more involved with your painting. 

3-Day Fall Workshops in N. Eastham, MA = $325.

3-Day workshops in NH and/or ME = $325.

5-Day workshops in Eastham, MA on Cape Cod = $485. 

5-Day workshop with instruction, room & board = $1,300.

Please  note, there are different prices for the different workshops being offered.  Remember to check room and board for the Cape if you want to stay a week with the watercolor workshop group. Cut off date for workshop sign-up is 4 weeks prior to workshop date.  You'll receive an email if the workshop is canceled.

For NH and ME, there are several hotels, B&B's that I can suggest in the Portsmouth, NH area.

**When booking flights make sure that your flight is refundable or transferable in case the workshop is canceled.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND POLICY:  Cancellation by the student - more than 90 days = a full refund, less than 90 days prior to workshop will receive their deposit return less $75. processing fee.  Less than 60 days - we can not guarantee the return of your deposit (less the processing fee) unless another student takes your place.
