My friend Rita is the "house hunter."  She found this wonderful little cottage down a road, onto a dirt road then a driveway.  And there perched right on the inlet cove is this sweet cottage.  Can you imagine having a cup of coffee, looking out to the harbor and lighthouse and you are right there on the water!
