Kale soup?  Or 'crispy kale', that's a new one for me.  Excellent though.  Heat the oven broil.  Spread the pieces of Kale on a wire rack on a cookie sheet.  Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.  Broil for 5 minutes, maybe one minute longer. 

There are 12 note cards with the  KALE  image, envelopes included, enclosed in a clear box.  Perfect for little personal notes when an email just won't do.  Also think about framing!  Hostess gifts, house warming, invitations, love letters.....hmmmm.
